@skram The inline title style is Datatype R1 from first ballot of HQMF R2 (I think), the value='title' style is from the second ballot.
@motorcycle_guy Oy! confusing that @ONC_HealthIT ProjectCypress(.org) uses one and USHIK uses another. Want to figure out who is "right"

@skram I would expect Cypress (version 2) to be using HQMF Release 1, not Release 2. -
@motorcycle_guy I might have made a mistake - their data bundle include R1 and R2 XML. I want to use their HQMF parser to read USHIK XML tho
