@skram seems to be steer from Hagel to encourage VistA to be proposed by commercial vendors. Much discussed at WorldVistA meeting today
@rtweed that article makes it seem (to me) that Hagel isn't a huge proponent of adopting VistA. Seems efficient and logical to me.
