@skram Personally think a COTS system is ideal, but unquestionably should be integrated across systems whatever the solution. -
@DavidSohl From what I know, VistA fits that bill. It's sort-of COTS and *BONUS*#opensource too. Best of both worlds. /cc @TheMatthewKoch
