@skram , if you have allowed Office 365 to manage your domain, all the DNS will be created automatically. The link is for another scenario.
@Office365 know anything about us seeing "DNS managed outside Office 365" when you all actually do manage our DNS? Any help appreciated

@Office365 we set name servers to Microsoft online and need to add A records but there is nowhere to do so
