I actually don't think anyone works in a field called Social Media. We work in Relationship Marketing.

@skram But isn't the reason you are doing the analysis untimely to build and nurture relationships with your audience?
@greggweiss Sometimes the audience being informed isn't actually the audience on social media, ex sensing disasters/outbreaks but good point
