    I don't see the Board of Supervisors voluntarily upzoning the westside, whereas they've been happy to do that all over the eastside of the city. If local control can't even get San Francisco towards more equal zoning, what hope is there for any other California city?

    Couldnt help but notice the two Black supervisors on the SF BOS, who arent rich, who represent the last Black areas of SF, in a city with a 5% and dropping Black population, were most supportive of . It's like they know first-hand that housing shortages cause displacement.
