sex orientated, money pushing culture, by pretending to be one of them and doing it so extremely it shows how stupid it is. Now as far as I can understand from your page on Spam, if my comment is related to what they are commenting about (which it was) then it is not

against YouTube's community guidelines. However, even if you argued that it is and it is spam, it is not (according to your termination page) a viable reason to terminate my entire account). Normally I would be flagged or recieve a strike, but without any warnings

on an account I had just made, I was terminated. This is unfair and simply ridiculous. If I can be terminated for trying to promote something I worked hard on, then you have lost your entire business because I guarantee 90% of people who have made content

have done the same in the beginning. Now on to commercially deceptive content (I'm skipping scams because I obviously have not bloody scammed anyone). I was a bit confused about this one, as I wasn't taking people to a product I was selling, merely a video I had made

However, from what I have read on your website it says that if I had chosen misleading medata that did not show that this is a parody (In other words, I just made lies in my tags) or if in the comments I spammed I had sent links to other websites such as spotify

or iTunes, to a product I was actually selling then that is a viable reason for what has happened with my channel. However, I did neither of these things. I have no idea how the tags system works, so I didn't put any tags on my video (which you are allowed to do),

and in the comments I "spammed" I only sent them a link to a video on YouTube, a video that isn't even monetized. I was not trying to make money or be commercially deceptive or scam people, I was just showing a video I had made that I thought they would be interested

in, given the video, they were commenting on and what they were actually commenting, which was essentially wanting lil dicky or someone to make a parody video on mumble rappers, which I did and thought they might want to see.

I really hope that you respond and resolve this for me. I still really love this platform, and it has always been a goal of mine to make something of myself on it. I was heartbroken to see that I had been terminated, and even more heartbroken when after I explained

what I have explained to you, all I got in response was "Your video is staying terminated as it violates the YouTube Community Guidelines", which no explanation as to HOW it goes against the community guidelines. They even said that I was not allowed to even query

them further, that I instead had to go to a help center who just repeated that I needed to fill in the appeal form which I obviously have already done. Here is the link to my channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNr0ahHtOL0bsjuoQ29EIHw … I really hope that you resolve this for me, im counting on u
