Tomorrow I will also vote No on the rules package, which is trying to slip in . PAYGO isn’t only bad economics, as explains; it’s also a dark political maneuver designed to hamstring progress on healthcare+other leg. We shouldn’t hinder ourselves from the start.

is a disastrous policy for any major progressive policies. Retweet this post to spread awareness about this sneaky establishment trick to keep important legislation from passing. And tell your Congressman to vote NO on PAYGO. More on PayGo here:

68mm just fell in the last hour at Kununurra. Flushed all the cane toads out of my brothers dam. Some of them took the easy way out - hitching a ride on the back of a 3.5m python.

Lang makes sense: the Israelis would have loved it if Syrian air defense had shot down a civilian airliner. It would cause worldwide condemnation (maybe even new sanctions on Syria/Iran/Russia) and *might" keep the U.S. in Syria.

When Trump launched missiles into Syria, US journalists and TV anchors celebrated him as the moment when Trump became US president. When Trump decides to end US partial occupation of Syria, all hell breaks loose by US media ( CNN MSNBC)

Those who justify the presence of US troops in Syria in the name of defending the Kurds there, do they also want-or have they ever called for-foreign military intervention in Palestine to protect the Palestinian population from decades-long Israeli occupation and brutalization?

Israel violates Syria’s sovereignty and bombs Damascus on Christmas, and nobody even bats an eyelash. But the decision to bring back home US troops illegally present in Syria is announced and the entire world goes totally mad.

Most pundits supported Turkey and the rebels in Syria and now claim to be so worried about the Kurds at the hands of Turkey and the rebels who were championed by the pundits as the moderate ones. The hypocrisy is wild.

Who created AlQaida to fight Russia in Afghanistan? Who tore Afghanistan in shreds, strengthening the Taliban? How dare you pretend to care a/b Afghan women after everything you all have done for profit and power to this poor country, a once beautiful thriving nation before..you.

When Trump bombed Syria, all his mainstream haters had orgasms and even cheered him for being “presidential.” But Trump pulling out of Syria gives them all a stroke. Mainstream American pundits across the board simply love war and US military aggression, they can’t help it.

    1. Lindsey Graham and other neocons/neolibs who say our troops must remain in Syria are wrong. We need to get out of Syria ASAP in a responsible manner (it shouldn’t take long). An example of an IRRESPONSIBLE withdrawal…

"By withdrawing troops you empower the terrorists" is the quintessential Bush/Cheney line circa 2004. There's not a scintilla of difference
