This is quite misleading because they compare ΛCDM with MOND + sterile neutrino to account for lensing and CMB power spectrum etc.

Of course, as I have said for years the explanation with the highest explanatory power is a combination of MOND and something that acts like dark matter. My student has dubbed those "hybrid models".
