    I'm currently uploading all of the submissions into Loomio for review and realising why some organisations push back against blind reviews: it's a lot of work. Definitely worth it, but I wish I could automate this bit!

    Why 300 words? A submission for the Hidden REF is 300 words in length, which just happens to be the length of this tweet thread. In 300 words you can describe why a research output is important or how a person has helped you.
