My Republican rep here (Mike Mueller) doesn’t even dignify my emails to him with a response. Mueller can be voted out in this district, which swings blue, but these guys know they’ve got a lock on Republican control. People should expect more from their state govt.

That's exactly what happened in Michigan. They sued to abolish the indefinite unilateral extension of emergency powers by a Michigan governor, and won. Now Michigan's GOP legislature has the power, not Whitmer, and what do they do? Same as before: blame Whitmer for everything!
