Using C++11 with clang in linux is a right faff getting libc++ and libc++abi to build+install first. Actually easier to use with gcc! #gasp

Let me know offline what issues you had and we'll look into smoothing it out. Linux isn't the primary target for those libs.

Apologies not got back to you about this, the new instructions at libcxx.llvm.org using libsupc++ work fine and much simpler!
