I am using my HP Desktop PC and ASUS laptop to watch YouTube videos mostly on. I have found something on troubleshooting but it did not work (I do not know what to search for about this problem).

Thanks for the info. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies often fixes most issues. Also, try signing out > signing in back and use a different browser to see if that makes a difference? Keep us posted.

Now it is working for me because I found a tutorial online on how to sort out the problem. I have done one device, now I will do the other device when I am on it next.
