Unfortunately, that's not how obtaining emails for spam works. E.g. your friend gives access to address book to a weather app and it sucks out all contact detailes of the whole address book to later resell data to aggregators to profile every single contact and use email for spam

What about having an inbox using G-Suite?

So I have a grandfathered G-Suite with my domain and it works great, only negative is having Google knowing your contacts. The workaround is learning how to run your own mail server but it’s not something you can learn in a weekend.

But it only takes one mistake, and you're completely screwed :/ I had a private email once, but I gave it to somebody who used it for a bank transfer, well, I didn't knew people who work at banks do sell email databases.
