Think about something you love: a place, an institution, a festival or band or performance, a community, social change or revolutionary. Chances are a small group of people, underground, brought it forth. Remember that in these times. Direct your energy to that side of history.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot, as it pertains to scale, trying to suss out: how much of built great things were predestined before they got big, vs how much really required size? How much of scale is execution, vs learning and growing?
