Will this effect future events? Maybe. I hate not having the answer to that as much as you do. Honest to God can't tell you until I get this year cleaned up and behind me. I'm praying for the best, I'm prepared for the worst.

I dread to say this but you're hearing it here first: Climax is a dud this year. I already emailed the hotel and bracing for impact financially. I'll say something official on the CoN account sometime this week. Hurt is an understatement right now.

Safety is first. I cannot ignore that. No sane person would. The reality is that we are not in good times and in good hands right now. Probably won't be at all this year. You just gotta do what's best to keep you and your folks safe.

Is there a way we can donate to offset the impact? Climax is one of the few events I think needs to stick around and I'd be willing to help it live to happen next year (god willing this epidemic allows for it)
