Not an international student, but it seems that she was trying to look out for students and share the feedback she was receiving. Do you see this differently?
Other staff told her they discriminate against students for speaking Chinese by assuming those students have insufficient English or work ethics. Instead of letting the profs know this is highly inappropriate, she makes it the students’ duty to avoid being discriminated against
