    This is fantastic advice.

    I’m giving a talk on culture this week at a portfolio co offsite. Culture forms organically from the traits, values and behaviors of the team. What gets rewarded and reinforced eventually sticks. Here’s where I think culture lies in context of an organization.

    I believe people drink bottled water out of "inconvenience" rather than "convenience," which is the prevailing answer. The search to quench thirst is inconvenient. Technology solves search inconvenience (food-> seamless/postmates, transport-> bird/uber). Search for water.
