    The pausing of mandatory hotel quarantine is a product of a lack of preparedness & a failure by Minister Donnelly to act sooner. The Government pushed back against the public health advice for 10 months & now we are paying the price. Another shambles down to complete incompetence

    Today is another positive step forward with more young people returning to school and sports training resuming. I am hopeful that by Thursday we will be able to announce more relaxations, including dates for the future lifting of restrictions.
