What?! This is really a mess, there's a lot of YouTubers who don't meet the 4k hrs and +1k subscribers in only 12 months!
Like animation channels. How will they ever meet the 4k hours in 12 months ? Either they will need to make longer animation or a LOT of subscriber to watch their video.
