What about people who make YouTube accounts under my name and use my profile picture in order to comment on things, pretending to be me? Now that I don’t have a verified badge, there’s no way for people to tell it isn’t ACTUALLY me doing that.

Or you could have chosen not to unverify people. This response is on par with blizzcon's 'do you guys not have phones' levels of tone deaf. I realize you're just the poor shmuck put in the barrel but... wow I'm socially stunted and even i can see how big of a non-answer this is.
