    Because the trial is taking place in a county court in Virginia, streaming the proceedings is allowed with a judge’s authorization. This puts even more pressure on Heard, with the entire world able to watch her testimony and heckle her online in real time.

    Depp chose to sue Heard in Virginia, even though they both live in California. Legal experts think he did so to take advantage of weaknesses in the state’s anti-SLAPP law, which ironically is supposed to protect free speech.

    This trial isn’t a criminal case deciding Johnny Depp’s innocence or guilt. It’s a defamation case that will rule on whether or not Amber Heard and other victims of abuse are allowed to speak up. And it’s creating a legal playbook for other abusers to silence their victims.

    Say what you like about Amber Heard, but she's not the one who's spewed constant hatred and a deep desire to annihilate her ex. And if you read her op-ed, it's incredibly tame—*especially* next to The Sun story that called Depp a wife beater.

    Oh, you didn't know that Depp has been diagnosed with bipolar 1? Maybe that's because Heard's defense hasn't used his mental health against him. How weird.

    Depp's legal team annihilates her character, Heard's team focuses on the well-documented reality that he has a substance abuse disorder which, sadly, impacts his behavior. Not exactly uncommon for aging men with poorly managed bipolar 1.

    So, um, thin people DO get lipedema. They're usually in stage 1 or even stage 0. The problem is that it goes unrecognized and progresses. You don't usually see REALLY FAT patients with lipedema until they're at a later stage, nearing or into lipo-lymphedema. It's not a mystery.

    This person keeps leaving me comments that make no sense to my situation of treating lipo-lymphedema (advanced lipedema). All I can tell from this nonsense is that 1.) They're clearly unhappy in life and 2.) They hate fat people 🤷‍♀️okay, then.
