    For obvious reasons, I try really hard not to publicly name or call out shortcomings of specific people or vendors. Running a business is hard enough without people openly criticizing your shortcomings. But I'll call out awful experiences anonymously. Don't do this to people!

    If you're a small vendor with limited resources, I kind of get it. Waiting for fixes is fine. But when your documentation is flat out no longer correct and you quite literally broke something that used to be working and is one of the few reasons I signed up, that's a problem.

    I'll also point out that said company has 500+ employees, < $100M in revenue, etc. Seven months of arguing with support over whether they "did or didn't" break something when I could definitively pinpoint within a 12 hour window when it happened was just ridiculous.

    2 years and 10 months later, I'm glad that *unnamed vendor* finally emailed me to say they fixed the bug that is what made me cancel. For context, I told them exactly when they broke something. 7 months later, I officially cancelled. Fixed 3.5 years later? Sheesh.

    Nothing like trying to archive a bunch of backup files and accidentally blowing them all away because an SMB share rename looked like it copied the folder, so you delete the old one only to realize the copy didn't also rename the files in it. FML.

    There's always a brief moment of panic when hitting the "Buy Now" button to book a flight. Doesn't matter where I'm going, when I'm going there or how many times I've double checked the dates & cities. Every... single... time.
