If you intend to come armed to the hilt (or with feces as some openly stated they did), I would beg to differ.
But note that those are not "speech" - this goes to question of whether cops can ban guns or other "weapons" at a rally.

Those are not speech but in my view, coupled with the public statements of many rally organizers, perhaps their presence ought to apply...
