@singernews I get the sentiment but I'm ok w/ the senate having more, not less, congressional staffers who work on national security issues.
@SeamusHughes that's a fair point. But then they should say "here's some natl sec staff we hired" not just create an undisclosed slush fund

@singernews agreed. But no one wants to take the political hit of paying for more staff. Thus, hard to do meaningful oversight of nat sec -
@singernews it's quite frustrating when you know there's waste, fraud and abuse in bureaucracy but don't have bandwidth to investigate. -
