    I keep noticing examples of how movement *creates* motivation: Start walking on the treadmill and I tend to keep walking. Start lifting weights and I tend to keep lifting. Start coding and I tend to keep coding. The hard part is starting.

    4/ 🤯I discovered the power of SaaS: barely shipped during the holidays (due to wedding, holidays but also laziness) and it grew more than ever. This definitely proves shipping NOW is a long term investment. This is the motivation you'll look for

    3/ ⏰Time. I took some decisions when starting my business: - Live ~10 min walk away from work - I spend lunch breaks at home to work on hyperping - Rest on weekends. I keep doing some research/documentation and manage my tasks for the upcoming week

    2/ 👴Patience: Having a full time job and a wife helps me stay patient, because that growth is slow af 💀, but nothing hurries me. I apply all the things I learn at work, enjoy my weekends and work super hard on week days. Not considering quitting until MRR covers my expenses

    1/ 🚀MVP: is what takes most of the time and energy, but this is what gives the direction for the next year: ship a product with core features and keep iterating on them untilI you become ramen profitable, master the data and talk to your customers. One even invited me for 🍻!
