I do not support net neutrality. There is no reason to trust government regulation over private greed. When choosing the lesser of two evils, always choose the one that can be killed.

All this is is a dispute between ISPs and content providers over whose customers should be stuck with higher prices. Somebody has to pay for bandwidth. It's a limited resource. Net Neutrality is just one side trying to use the force of government to tilt it in their favor.

Counter-argument to what? You simply misunderstand the term
Bandwidth means how many bits can be sent over a connection. The limits are the speed of the connected computers (servers ⇌ devices) and the wires between them. New computers = more bandwidth
