I do not support net neutrality. There is no reason to trust government regulation over private greed. When choosing the lesser of two evils, always choose the one that can be killed.

That thinking is flawed, the banking industry, and auto industry should have proven deregulation is a dream, and always will be. Greed will supercede the right thing in every single case, and by the time it bubbles up millions if not billions will be hurt by it!

Deregulation fails when profit can be made in exchange for hurting people or the environment. The greater the harm/profit potential, the greater the need for government assistance/intervention/regulation (to de-incentivize opportunities to do harm).

Deregulation works best when competition thrives (and switching providers is a frictionless experience). However net neutrality appears to be a monopolistic problem space - few choices and we’ve already had cases where providers were artificially throttling content (like Netflix)
