All this is is a dispute between ISPs and content providers over whose customers should be stuck with higher prices. Somebody has to pay for bandwidth. It's a limited resource. Net Neutrality is just one side trying to use the force of government to tilt it in their favor.

No way. Usually agree with you, but this is dead wrong. ISPs have a monopoly or near monopoly in most markets. If I can’t choose, free market doesn’t exist. Therefore, like all utilities (which ISPs are these days), regulation is needed.

If the ISPs weren’t already practically monopolies then maybe the free market would prevail, but that’s not the situation we’re in.
