Vitamins, brush and floss, coffee, watch Darren Daily, review the day plan I prepared the night before. Reading, meditation, exercise, shower, etc, come later in the day, because I start working at 6 or 7 am and I can wake up only so early.

Drink 16oz of water, eat two eggs and a piece of fruit, get ready for work, then go to work. In total because I prep the night before I'm out the door 30 minutes after waking up.

What supplements are you/everyone else taking? I take krill oil, turmeric, low dose aspirin in the am and magnesium, b12 and zinc before bed.
