Trying to do 10 minutes of mindful meditation a day. I like using @Headspace for it's simplicity and lack of cheesy music. In reality I do 10 min 3-4 x week.

I try to meditate for 30 mins every morning just after my morning routine. I don't use any apps or music I just try to keep my brain quiet for 30 mins

5-15 minutes whenever I need a break or feel overwhelmed, usually twice a day or so
