I sure did. I became less reactive. My judgment became more disciplined. I basically stopped ruminating, and I stopped living by default.

Mindfulness meditation, 10 minutes 3 times a day. You sit, close your eyes and focus on your breath for 10 minutes. You can do that when something is troubling you, sit, close eyes and observe troubling thoughts like from a distance until they go away.

Normally 10 min after waking, 10 min before bed. Sitting concentrating on breath. Or I walk or do the dishes as mindfulness practice
