What is the most difficult thing you are struggling with right now?

@jsonmez I have stagnated @ work but I love my colleagues and environment. I feel like I would let them down if I quit.

@jsonmez true. What makes it extra hard is that I am the only dev on a inhouse system that is critical to the rest of our business. -
