@derickbailey @donnfelker I do this (when I'm disciplined). It's usually group things and events that throw me off my schedule :\

@chrismissal @derickbailey I fast from 8pm-12pm. I find it easy to miss breakfast. Usually does not interfere with social/etc.

@chrismissal @derickbailey One day I'll try the 24 hour one, but right now this one is working great. My wife even started doing it.

@derickbailey @donnfelker ha, yeah it's weird to some people and when I mention it, I usually get yelled at. But it works for me!
