I don't usually drink coffee...and damn, this stuff sure is a stimulant...

@Aleks_S Caffeine is awesome. I tried quitting it for 3 weeks and it was the biggest mistake. Productivity shoots up when using caffeine!

@DanGoldstein91 Of course, I'm also the least functional person in my family.

@Aleks_S Maybe there's a connection there. I stick to a single 200mg caffeine pill a day and that's my go-to amount.I crash right before bed

@Aleks_S Yeah I like to try to do that with everything in my life, set laws that work. I feel like I am better prepared for the next day. :)

@DanGoldstein91 Sounds good. Probably not an approach I could easily implement, but it makes a lot of sense. This life needs hacking.

@Aleks_S It's not bad if you implement it in small, simple pieces. I learned from @jsonmez and his podcast+book. He's got tons of lifehacks.
