      @jsonmez I agree that real estate investing is a good way to make money, but not with debt. That is VERY risky.

      @rekle No, you have to do it with debt. There is good debt and bad debt. Do you have experience in this area?

      @rekle But, you are also right, because there is no way to make money without risk. However, relying on 401k and markets to go up is risky.
