@devhammer @jsonmez in many areas there is a single broadband provider (often regulated so).

@jon_cham @jsonmez That's true...but that's a problem caused by gov't restriction on competition, not by the lack of *market* competition.

@devhammer @jsonmez let's just ensure that market competition can occur if we make the supposition that a market exists.

@jon_cham @devhammer Just look at what is happening with Google's Fiber experiments. Things will change on their own.
