      @jsonmez @IrisClasson seems a bit smelly. If the comment is important the developer shouldn't have to mouse to see it. Bad like regions.

          @jsonmez @IrisClasson I'd also arg that if another programmer can't understand the code then no amount of comments is going to help anyway.
