      @jsonmez @FransBouma I agree. It's good to understand some of the internals behind abstraction, but you have to know your limits.

      @jsonmez @ddoomen I write ORMs for a living, I've never seen it as an abstraction of a DB, as that never works (as it's always leaky)

          @jsonmez @ddoomen thanks :) IMHO a lot of people don't want to abstract away a DB anymore, just want code making it easier to work with
