@jsonmez nice mate, but disagree on low-carbs diet. Only Gym+low carbs diet work for me as my body is super sensitive to carbs. Lost 20 kgs -
@bazzmansoob Low carbs are definitely a good thing. Crazy no carb diets that someone doesn't follow are bad. :)
