@jsonmez Many ISPs have Cache Servers for YouTube which are often very poor, change your DNS to Googles and FlushDNS may help a bit...
Still can't figure out why I can have a speed test of 40Mbps down and 23Mbps, yet 2 minute YouTube video takes 5 minutes to buffer?
