Asking them to have a convo is one of the issues the others are completely ignoring the victim's experience and then supporting the abuser.

The problem with that line of thinking is that it buries the real truth and just let's one side's narrative go unchallenged. While I am guilty of saying not nice things on Twitter. The people who I said not nice things to had just finished "victimizing" someone else.
