Well, your "nope" based on your experience definitely bears consideration in the face of over ten dozen independent studies.

What if there is something going on that you aren't aware of. What if there is an agenda being pushed to enrage people, create division where it doesn't exists and to cause otherwise reasonable people to act as a hateful mob? And what if people are too scared to speak out?

That's some galaxy brain shit there. Definitely more likely and worth caring about than the literally over a hundred studies in that article demonstrating institutional racism in this country.

Institutional racism implies an institution which codifies racism. Name one. Where is an institutional policies which is implicitly racist? Name one.

Pick any county prosecutor's office in the US. Pick any law enforcement agency in the US. Any one will do. Voila. Or, if that's too many to pick from, you could pick from the agencies in the over 120 studies in that article that demonstrate racial bias in policing.

Ok, you can pick one for me. Any one you like. Now show me an actual policy where racism is institutionalized. I'll wait.
