Diversity has nothing to do with race, color, gender or sexual preferences. Diversity is ONLY about thoughts and ideas. Anyone telling you otherwise is promoting bigotry under cowardly protection of hiding behind “minorities” to push a fascist agenda all the while crying fascism.

With that logic. We should definitely hire more homeless people in tech, also drug addicts. I'm pretty sure serial killers don't have the same life experiences as most people... do we really want "diversity" for diversity sake?

Vague on purpose. Had a colleague who’s father raped him so his mother fled to another country to hide. Mum worked two jobs to educate him & his sister & he came back and served as an Officer in our military & now works in tech. Shame he’s white though he no longer measures up.
