At this point, I would love to see one person produce a screenshot of such a threat and also explain what that has to do with me or the other people John targeted that day. Why am I responsible for the actions of others? Why would that justify me being targeted?

I repeatedly targeted you on Twitter? Or is it that I said one insensitive—and admittedly harsh and undeserved—thing to you on Twitter. Seems like you are repeatedly targeting me and going so far as to target people who don't or disagree with your actions. Yet, I'm the "bully."

You had your chance to talk to me John. Do not try to make me look like the bad person here for clarifying that I did not attack anyone and I was not a part of any mob. I have to keep chasing these comments because you smeared my name.

I do not believe you are a bad person, nor do I believe you purposely set out to be part of a mob.

But it appears you are just trying to milk this small slight for all it's worth.

It’s really YOU that needs this mob story to work in order to gain sympathy, but carry on.

“I don’t believe you’re a bad person, but you’re doing bad things and I’m speaking out of both sides of my mouth because I need to keep muddying the waters until people forget that I actually created my own mess by aggressively antagonizing Aimee Knight’s critics.”

Actually there is alot of wisdom in what you said—although I'm sure you don't realize it. People are not bad. People do bad things. When we characterize an entire person as bad based on a few things they said or did, we dehumanize them and that's how mobs inspire "justice."

People are not mischaracterized out of thin air. When a tweet causes harm, other people will call for accountability. One's reaction to this criticism will determine how one is perceived. Genuine apology and sincerity in undoing harm is a good look. Doubling down is a bad look.

Translation: if the mob says you are wrong, apologize OR ELSE. We are free to bully and "cancel" anyone who doesn't agree with us or hurts us in anyway. It's not our fault, we are just calling for "accountability" that's all. If we happen to destroy them, they deserved it.
