Marginalization and oppression is not something you get to "disagree" on. It is a fact.

I set aside my emotions and invested time into exploring the wide array of data and research that is available on the topic. Then I read the personal, lived experiences of other people to supplement the knowledge I gained as a person who identifies as a woman.

From a theoretical perspective we can make efforts to gain understanding of the systemic issues that allow it to continue to thrive and do our part to address and dismantle those structures. But we will never understand the actual feeling of it nor be in the receiving end of it.

Lol how can you say she’s wrong about something you never experienced in your life? That’s the problem. You think that you can know and feel everything without experience. If a majority of ppl are telling u something is going on, how can you say they are wrong? Remove your biases

Are you seriously going to marginalize my experiences? I've likely experienced racism at a much larger scale than you will ever know. Have you been physically assaulted multiple times only because of your perceived race? I have.

I’m not here to trade racism stories with u. We live in America where racism was created by white ppl and laws put in place to enforce that. Sorry for whatever happen in your life but that has been the black experience since we been in America.... (cont...)

Laws have changed but that doesn’t mean ppl have. You’re in an industry where a high percentage of ppl like exactly like you. So when I say you can’t fully understand that’s what I mean. You never applied to a software job as a person of color.

You are claiming that I'm not a person of color? Really? How racist is that? You might want to look at yourself and examine if maybe you are the racist.

Oh I understand. I just don't hide behind the victim mindset. And you also didn't want to deal with the fact that I'm a POC, so you ignored it.
