Laws have changed but that doesn’t mean ppl have. You’re in an industry where a high percentage of ppl like exactly like you. So when I say you can’t fully understand that’s what I mean. You never applied to a software job as a person of color.

Also be sure to not confuse bias and stereotypes with actual structural, systemic racism. Racism requires institutional power, and white folks are who hold that in the US.

That's a made up definition. Racism is discriminating against someone on the basis of their perceived race. (Real races don't actually exist.)
