If this was the case, you would have just offered a rebuttal to the points raised in the thread. You haven't. This just solidifies John's point in my mind (whom I never knew existed until this afternoon, and I find myself siding with him because you SJWs are ridiculous.)

How does one offer a rebuttal to statements that attack and diminish women? Such comments are in and of themselves indefensible.

And this is an example of the 'bigotry of low expectations'. Women are strong enough to handle a little trolling, just like men are. That said, a little trolling is not the end of the world. It wasn't targeted at the person because she is a woman.

“A little trolling” Suggest you a) talk to some women programmers and ask how they feel b) read anything and everything by @histoftech “A little trolling” is part of the incessant objectification and diminishing of women and you - clearly a brogrammer - are unable to see it.

I work with a number of female programmers, and they are all strong and handle the flow of banter that I spew. Your assumption that women feel the same about issues in tech is in fact a sexist view. Many, like us 'brogrammers', reject your identity politics view of life

Your assumption that all such women accept you is amusing. I love how people such as you cry "victim" at the drop of a hat. I reject your POV. And I would never want to work with you on a project, nor would I ever recommend you to anyone I know.

(As for my way of life, I'm happily working from Maui, and am engaged on a number of projects across the world that matter. I'm doing quite well with my life, thank you.)
