I know that I'm not going to change your mind but we have to do better, if for only the future of our industry. Instead of accusing people of being angry, ask them why. Listen. Practice empathy. Find ways to understand POC, LGBTQ+, people with disabilities.

I’m not at all saying anger isn’t a natural response. Just that some people don’t respond well to it and it can become unhealthy.

Just that some people don’t respond well to people marginalizing people and policing their tone. Doing that to marginalized people is unhealthy. Do better, Aimee. Recognize and overcome your privilege (and maybe do some diversity training, for your own sake).
