Don't waste £ on ultraprocessed food/plans/meal subs just eat real food. My top ppl on this: for eating, for sugar addiction, to beat T2D & for in-person.Once I found the #lowfat junk my old GP pushed wasn't science,everything changed.

Watching upgrade his #r2d2 fibreoptics made me throwback to finishing my "Happiness Machine"-mine's all 3D printed,the lights are fibreoptic for that OT feel too (but driven by LED panels).Planning to start on a new droid in the coming weeks.
